Straight-Through Workflow With Vacuum Loader

[Hopper] The CHALLENGE-RMF vacuum loader permits a fast, efficient straight-through workflow. Product enters through the drumhead and, after massaging, exits through the door. For loading, the massager's vacuum pump is activated, and atmospheric pressure loads the drum in seconds. Multiple massagers can be loaded from a single suction hopper saving space and handling while reducing sanitation labor.

Efficient Loading Devices Handle Conventional Vats

The MM-3 and all larger massagers can be matched with model LD-24 loaders that handle conventional 900-liter vats. These efficient machines are all stainless steel and equipped with air-activated chutes and juice-saver spouts to prevent the loss of valuable pickle and protein. A mobile version is available to load multiple massagers.

[LD-1] Model MM-1 and MM-2 massagers can be equipped with integral LD-1 loaders that accept standard 220 or 330-liter carts. These loaders are actuated by hydraulic cylinders powered by the massager power pack and controlled by simple toggle switches.
